Then Complete Powering the Defenses to get the quests Nightmare in the Tomb and We Must Construct Additional Pylons before the quest Sunsworn Camp show up.
From there you will need to complete Into the Hollow, Antivenin and Vile Defilers.
After this you will open the quest series from [npc=75246]:
Then you will be able to get the 2 quests Ogre Diplomacy and Desperate Measures to get to the other part.
From [npc=75392] you need to get the quest Into the Heart of Madness that lead you to her.
The quest say alliance side only but its both side quest since i am horde and can complete it too.
When you reach [npc=77582], she will give you the quest Destination: Unknown.
Finish it to get Together We Are Strong and you'll have your follower.

If you came here for the last part of the Don't Let the Tala-door Hit You on the Way Out quest line, you actually need to go to [npc=75246] at Auchindoun first and follow the quest lines Holding the Line and Powering the Defenses.
Before you can complete these quests, The Lady of Light will lead you to Exarch’s Refuge, where you need to complete Holding the Line, The Heart of Auchindoun, Disrupting the Flow, and Powering the Defenses / We Must Construct Additional Pylons. Completing those will make you eligible forSunsworn Camp, which leads you to Into the Hollow, Antivenin, and Vile Defilers. After completing those three, you'll be eligible for Scheduled Pickup (#1 listed above).
