Among Humans Again

Among Humans Again is a quest for level 1-20 in Gilneas. It is step 38 of 100 in the Gilneas storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in Gilneas at 37.3, 63.4. It rewards 1 reputation reward, 1,400 experience and money.

Description

So Krennan's potion did not kill you? Well, I suppose that means the human inside of you is in control then.

I guess I won't be shooting you after all. At least not yet.

Go speak to Krennan Aranas and give him the good news. He's in charge of the house where we keep... your kind.

Just remember, <name>. I've got my eye on you. You so much as try anything funny and you'll get a bullet between the eyes.

The location for this quest is wrong. It actually takes place in Duskhaven, not Gilneas City.

Also, when you complete the quest, you get a very short in-game convo:

Gwen Armstead says: Welcome back, <name>. You were fortunate. Krennan's treatment doesn't always work this well on people who've had the Curse as long as you.
Krennan Aranas says: Do exercise caution. Don't expect anyone to invite you to their homes just yet. But at least they won't shoot you outright.

Where to go

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Ah, yes. The effects of the Curse cannot ever be fully cured as far as we know. With treatment, however, your mind will remain yours... and not that of a wild animal. We are fortunate that the treatment worked on you. Normally, I can only treat recent infections.
