To scatter the fel bat pups simply run over them with your mount. (While Mounted) They will automatically scatter. No need to right click.
You can also do it while stealthed from what I'm told, but the Mount way works the best way. Simply run over them, and they get scared by our mighty horses.
To get to the area, follow the road towards Tomb of Sargeras, at the fork (aprox. 56.69,29.36) go right and it'll wrap around to the top of the mountain. The area is called "The Screaming Cliffs".
