If you don't feel like flying to it, there's a zeppelin from Dragonmaw Port that can take you there, and according to an Airbase in a Box Brochure sitting on the deck, "airbase-in-a-box is not under any circumstances to be deployed on a mountain peak."

Does anyone know what the soundfile is for the ambient squeaky toy noise that goes off in this zone occasionally?
The Captain isn't on the ship! Go under the ship at the base of the mountain. Thats where you'll find him. Its 4:30am and I'm sleepy so it took about 5 full searches of the ship for me to see that he wasn't on there.. xD

What to do
Description
This new shredder design is tops, {name}. Tops! Next step is to protect my intellectual property. There are patents to file, traders to mark, ceases to desist. Oh, and the bribes! Here, take this patent application to Captain Krazz at the Krazzworks. He survived the destruction of his zeppelin, so he's probably hungry for new business opportunities. The Krazzworks is due north of here, atop a perfectly safe mountain peak. Go ahead, kid. Chop chop!

Before this quest

- Mo' Better Shredder
<name>, I've got plans for a better shredder. But my engineers can't wade into a combat zone alone. Go locate a salvageable shredder in the Twilight Shores, and use it to signal one of my salvage experts to join you.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Quality Construction
Look here, chief, if it weren't for this bumbly idiot across from me, the Krazzworks would be holding up just fine. Unfortunately for everyone involved, "Fancypants" Rothman here decided to deploy the place on top of a mountain! I mean really, who does that?
