Firstly, this page refers to the Ley Race in Stormheim, see also:

  • Ley Race in Azsuna

  • Ley Race in Highmountain

  • Ley Race in Suramar

  • Ley Race in Val'sharah

This is the path that Stormheim's version of this quest took me on.

You do get credit for running through them even if they are not displayed. Here are the waypoints of the ones I hit, plus I could see there were more passed the 20th. So it won't matter if you miss some.

for everyone who wants to run on the sabre as fast as possible and not loose stacks of speed when turning, jump and turn mid-air and you shouldn't loose any of them (works for me), only time it does not work is when running up hill obviously

Mount a mana saber ("tiger") and ride through blue pillars of light.

There were lots of people doing this at the same time today, and the mana saber wouldn't let me mount - 2 sabers were there, but no mount arrow. I reloaded and logged out/in, both without effect. After another minute or so, one of the sabers let me mount and the quest itself was easy. I followed main paths. When your progress bar reaches 100%, you'll get ported back to the starting point.

Where to go

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
