To get credit for the Silk fields, I had to go to the tree where the vendors were standing around. The other two happened fairly easily.
Remember, you have [item=76350] in your bags to summon her if she disappears while you're en route to these destinations. It looks just like a hearthstone.

Description
Uncle Chen asked me not to get into any fights while he was away... but that doesn't mean I can't go exploring. Finally, a chance to look around Pandaria without stopping every forty-seven steps for another rest! You want to come with me? I'll bet there's all kinds of cool places we can visit, not too far away from here.
