Quest order to get the mount are as follows and ALL can be done using follower dungeons:
- Machine Without Cogs -- Loot a [item=219301] from Boss [npc=213216] in [zone=14883]
- Orienting Ourselves -- Loot a [item=219299] from Boss [npc=218523] in [zone=15103]
- Clutching Control -- Loot a [item=219306] from Boss The Candle King in [zone=14882]
After you have turned in all three quests, the final quest offered is [quest=84025] and awards your new mech suit mount!

Check Dungeon Journal for your spec before farming on follower dungeons. As other's have said your loot specialization matters which is beyond idiotic, but save yourself my pain.
You need the Trinket from Stonevault from Master Machinists. We just ran it on Follower Dungeon over and over again.
