You have a short dialog with Cayden before starting the quest:
"Ya see that pass ahead dere, <lass/lad>?"
"Yeah..."
"That's an ambush."
"You seem very certain."
"Oh yeah, <lass/lad>! Been through it 4 times already."
"And I take it you're going again..."
"Damn right!"
"Well, let's get to it then."
At this point, Cayden says in /say "That's tha spirit!" and runs off enthusiastically into the ambush.
This quest proves that dwarves are the greatest thing in Azeroth.
Cayden Dunwald is currently unbalanced in 8.0.1 it seems. With the new items squish and level balance he seems much weaker than before. To test it, I let him fight by himself, and he survived the first ambush with 30% hitpoints remaining and lasted 10 seconds in the 2nd ambush. He did not regenerate between ambushes.

Look, buddy. Either you're here to help me find some drink, or you're in the way. Why don't ya go down to the old storehouse and look downstairs. I had a mighty suspicion that ol' bookkeeper up in there was sneaking sips between pages. I bet he has a keg in his basement!

Hey bud. Seeing as how you're so friendly and great and all, think you might do a dwarf a favor? These are Dunwald ruins... there's SURE to be more stock in some of these buildings. If you come upon more ale, bring it my way, will ya? A good dwarf can never have enough!
