"Ale downstairs. Do not touch. Sincerely, not the bad guys."
When you mouseover the sign, yeah you see this. However its written with Arabic letters!
Edit: Uploaded a screenshot of the sign.
You'll know you're going the right direction when you hit the first sign, "Wildhammer Ale Inside. Private Stash."
You'll be doubly sure you're right when you come across the second sign, one that reads, "Ale downstairs. Do not touch. Sincerely, not the bad guys."
***spoiler**
When you reach the basement you are jumped by 4 muggers with about 33k hp each. 3 attack you, and Eoin Dunwald comes out of nowhere to help you, when you down the first 2, the 4th will run away with Eoin hot on his heels.
I recommend taking the ale asap as I had an issue with the scene repeating itself after I killed the last mob.
Altogether a funny little quest that I enjoyed.

What to do
Description
Look, buddy. Either you're here to help me find some drink, or you're in the way. Why don't ya go down to the old storehouse and look downstairs. I had a mighty suspicion that ol' bookkeeper up in there was sneaking sips between pages. I bet he has a keg in his basement! If ya find anything, come straight back to me! No dallyin'... this is urgent!
