To do this quest and achieve Dreamleaf rank 2, you first must complete the quest preceding this one entitled "twisted to death". This is an rng quest, from looted mobs. DO NOT PICK DREAMLEAF HOPING FOR THIS TO DROP!
You need to kill corrupted plants, and get the Blight Twisted Herb after "skinning" them - [item=129136]#comments - link to the comments giving the best locations for this.

Malorne's Refuge, directly east of Lorlathil is the best spot I found.

Description

We must exact VENGEANCE for this. While I understand the importance of the balance between the Emerald Dream and the Nightmare, this time it's corruption has gone TOO FAR! Satyrs. I blame the satyrs for this. Make them pay! Make them pay, and Elune will reward you with her bounty!
