TheWoWDBHmm...The previous comments mention the strongbox, which is right next to the big guy in the back of the cave in the Den of Flame.
But there are two other quest items... The grog was to the right of the cave entrance, very easy to find. Didn't see the snuff anywhere in the area.
I finally located it in Stonemaul Ruins sitting on a "T" shaped tan area of ground at 44,66, whch you can find by enterning the area and walking straight.

I got it inside the cave (entrance 38.7,65.8). Mok'Morokk's Strongbox is at 36.6,69.5
The quest giver isn't always present I found out. Just have to wait or come back to turn this in. Another thing to note, when he isn't present, something the question mark will still be on the mini map, confusing eh?

You look in Den of Flame and Stonemaul Ruins... they be there, me sure!
