Go to Dalaran using your Hearthstone (if you still carry it). Then go up the stairs and talk to the NPC Talua. The eagle next to her will transport you there. You're welcome.
If you haven't seen any of the other articles regarding the whole Return to Lordaeron questline, the transmog is for Hunters only, but any race can wear it.

Reclaiming these ruins means a lot to the Forsaken. Especially since the war ended, our people have needed something to hold onto, to give us purpose in the wake of everything that's happened to us. I saw Calia walk toward the throne room. That place holds many memories for her. Many ghosts.
