From the Aalgen Point flight path, just head east until you can get to the quest area.
This quest has a few twists in it. Keep a lookout for the Sentinax Garbage Scow which floats around like a drunk at a bad party; it'll rain down some weird shower of dog leftovers that will kill you in nanoseconds if you don't move very quickly out of its path. Then it drops a bunch of elites into the middle of your quest, which normally would be little more than annoying but these guys are elites on steroids. You can kill them but it will take ten minutes apiece and a potion or two unless you're a squishy, in which case just flee because if you're not a Warlock, you'll be chatting with the Spirit Healer.
Oh and just to make things even more fun for you Nightelves out there, Shadowmeld doesn't work here. Right, that's exactly how I found out. Other than those few minor things, the quest is easy.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

The client’s own unlock condition for this quest: Requires further advancement in the Legionfall Campaign on Broken Shore.
Steps, storylines and map placement from the client’s QuestLine, prerequisite and QuestPOI data; neighbouring quest text is Blizzard’s own (quest API), shortened to its opening sentences.
Completing this quest counts toward this achievement.

Nice one Bliztard - I go into the Felfire Pass and there aren't any supplicants or Mistress Verdex ...... quest area shows on minimap but as I said it is EMPTY of mobs
