The Scarlet Monastery is to the East, in Tirisfal Glades. You can take the flight point from Light's Hope Chapel to Hearthglen in Western Plaguelands and fly 500 yards futher West East from there.

EDIT: Thanks to Uludil for quite correctly pointing out that I meant further East, not further West, which didn't make any sense.

Description

These artifacts will help sustain the Vanguard, but they are not enough. I know of a place nearby that would have the rest we need, but... given Arator's state of mind, I'm hesitant to go there. Hmph... No sense in avoiding it. We must all face up to the fact that Scarlet Crusade calls upon the power of the Light, and has for decades.
