Running Amok

Running Amok is a quest for level 88-90 in Voidstorm. It is step 4 of 11 in the To Be Changed storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in Voidstorm at 58.5, 78.4. It rewards 12,850 experience and money.

Description

I've heard from the other scouts about that metal--the shadowgraft. The domanaar use it to enforce their control over others.

I have to imagine that there's someone holding the reins still. Maybe it's Xal'atath, or maybe someone else. Gather pieces of their shadowgraft and maybe we can make sense of who.

Where to go

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits

Before this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • Familiar EnergiesVoidstorm · Level 88-90

I know that Hieron died here, but I feel echoes of someone else--of a great clash, where Void met Void. Hieron must have crossed blades with someone... something else. Something that's still out there.

After this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • Retaking ControlVoidstorm · Level 88-90

This world is violent and dangerous, but it has an order to things. After you and the others took down the domanaar that ran this citadel and its arena, the food chain must have fallen to disarray. Harrowers swarm the skies and darken the horizon.
