For everyone who doesnt find the shattered Felslate:
There is a small entrance unter this big building in the middle at : 34.23, 73.89 . Just enter the cave and mine the felslate.
For those without coordinates, if you are standing directly on the world map marker, the cave entrance will be just west of you.
