As the quest says, your looking for a zeppelin flying off the northeast coast and you'll find the trunk on the lower deck. Just fly on to the lower back of the zeppelin to avoid the two mobs on the deck.

There seemed to some problems with bugs for this quest but I was able to get it done on Proudmoore by:
i. Waiting at Krazzworks till the zeppelin came
ii. Flying onto the lower deck
iii. When I went inside it was empty, so I stayed in the back right hand corner, if you're facing the stairs until the box spawned in that corner at the same time that the captain spawned in the middle of the room when we were about 45 seconds away from Krazzworks.
iv. Opened the box, took the item - the box remained there for about 10 seconds and then disappeared.
This quest is not made for people with 150% flight. =*(

What to do
Description
Everyone's going to want to dress their best for this, and finery is in short supply in the Highlands. I understand that those goblin wretches off the coast use the finest silk for repairing their zeppelin air envelopes. A waste! Find a zeppelin flying back and forth between Dragonmaw Port and the Krazzworks, and liberate some silk from the cargo hold in the lower decks.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Something Brewed
It would be an insult to celebrate a Wildhammer wedding without drink. Kurdran himself called for a few kegs of rare Thunderbrew Lager to be sent ashore from Highbank, but the caravan can't get through the pass.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Something Stewed
Finally, we're going to need a feast. And none of that "finger food" stuff! This crowd wants meat, and lots of it. Gather up venison from Highland elk and does. Highland worg are good eatin' too - bring back some ribs. We'll show you a feast like you've never had in all the Eastern Kingdoms, friend.
