If you're only here for the decor, you don't have to do all the quests in the list. Here's what I did to unlock it within half an hour:
1. Optinal: If you haven't unlocked / quested in the Twilight Highlands yet, accept Twilight Shores in Stormwind
2. Take Dragonmaw Takedown as soon as it pops up on your map (it's in Thundermar). I saw it as soon as I completed Kurdran's Waitin'
3. Complete the quests from Fanny: Fight like a Wildhammer, Never Leave a Dinner Behind
4. Complete the 4 quests from Low Shaman Blundy, starting with A Vision of Twilight. I'm not sure if it's optional, but I completed it, because it gives another piece of decor.
5. Complete the quests from Nivvet Channelock In Thundermar: Tempered in Elemental Flame, Hot Stuff, Potential Energy, Tear Them From the Sky
6. Complete the 3 quests to defend Thundermar: Tear Them From the Sky, Last Stand at Thundermar, and Narkrall, The Drake-Tamer
7. Then move on to Kirthaven: The Kirthaven Summit
8. Complete The Bachelor, Rescue at Glopgut's Hollow, Ogre Bashin', Find Fanny and The Bachelorette
9. Complete Something Bold, Something Brewed, Something Stolen, Something Stewed
10. You can now pick up and complete Wild, Wild, Wildhammer Wedding :)

So you're trying to figure out how to get the new player housing decor item that this quest rewards.
If you haven't done any of Twillight Highlands on an Alliance toon, then you're in for a major slog. Quest chain you need starts with: Dragonmaw Takedown. If that doesn't work, then you need to go ALL the way to the start of the entire Twillight Highlands zone unlock chain which starts with this quest: Twilight Shores.
Then by the powers vested in me... the powers vested in me... I AM ASSUMING DIRECT CONTROL

What to do
Description
We are ready to begin, {name}! But I have it on good authority that the Twilight's Hammer may try to disrupt the ceremony, so as to demoralize and destroy the Wildhammer. Things could get dangerous! For this reason, I will be performing the ceremony myself, so that I can keep the bride and groom close to me. Sound like a plan? Good! Since her father is dead and her brother the best man, Fanny has asked that you walk her down the aisle. What an honor! Talk to me when you're ready to begin.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

- Words and Music By...
I've written many an epic tune in my lifetime, <name>, but this upcoming wedding deserves a very special ballad. And fast! Should I write a love song? A lighthearted ditty? A bawdy drinking song? I could use some help with the lyrics, if you fancy a go at it.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Torn Ground
It won't be takin' much convincin' to turn us against da Twilight - dat's already our goal. We've already come to battle here though, so we may be needin' ya help before we can turn towards dere fortress. Da Twilight have already brought Iso'rath up from da ground to the south, I'm sure ya noticed.
