If you kill any Redfang furbolg, you get a buff that makes all the Frostpaw neutral towards you for 5 minutes.

Likewise, if you kill any Frostpaw, you get a buff that makes all the Redfang neutral towards you for 5 minutes.

Thus, as long as you kill one mob of the opposing faction before heading to each camp, you won't have to clear any furbolgs at all on your way to talk with the quest mobs.

Description

It is possible that the furbolg of Grizzly Hills have the same taint that plagued Vordrassil. They've been involved in a deadly tribal war recently after years of peaceful coexistence. The shrines that they guard to the east are home to Ursoc's offspring. If the corruption has affected the furbolg, it is possible that because of their lineage, Kodian and Orsonn have remained unharmed. If that's the case, find them and listen to what they have to say.
