Tail Fragment

For the Fragments of History achievement, you must first talk to [npc=193915] in The Waking Shores in the Wingrest Embassy and then bring 10 loose pieces of statuary on the Dragon Isles to her.
You can collect all the pieces at once and get a quest for each piece you collect.
You can turn in all the quests at once at [npc=193915], after that you will get the achievement Fragments of History.
After the achievement, you can buy a [item=198646] at [npc=193915] for 200 gold.

To be able to start progress on the Fragments of History achievement, you first need to speak to [npc=193915] in the Waking Shores at 75.4, 33.8. Ask her what she's doing on the Dragon Isles and you will be able to start collecting the different quest items.
