Description

Greetings. How do you do? My name is Daria.

I am one of the priests in charge of preserving the peace here in Hearthglen. One of my duties involves maintaining the tower down the trail to the southeast of Hearthglen. This particular tower is of personal importance to the Highlord. It's the place where his son was killed.

With the recent incursion of gnolls, however, maintenance of the tower has grown difficult. Will you help me rid the trail of some of these gnoll vandals, so I can do my duty?

I like how this quest asks you to kill all these Redpine Looter gnolls at the tower, and when you get to the tower, you see these Argent Dawn Recruits and Commanders in groups of 6 walking up and down the path. Apparently gnolls with 1336 health are too much for a group of a combined 18k+ health to handle ;-P

Before this quest

  • Zen'Kiki and the CultistsWestern Plaguelands · Level 15-30

While you've been away, I've been trying a different approach on our friend Zen'Kiki. I believe he may have a future as a healer. This is mainly because healing spells never miss. I hear from Field Agent Kaartish that the cultist camp to the east is where the plagued animals are coming from.

  • Unusual Behavior... Even For GnollsWestern Plaguelands · Level 15-30

Allow me to concentrate for a moment. <You feel Daria's mind vision travel elsewhere, then it returns to you.> Further down the trail, south of Taelan's Tower, the gnolls have carved out a small meeting area to the east of the main road. Something is happening there... I'm not certain what.
