Tal'Doren is a huge avatar reference, basically a last refuge for the worgen, and it's under a giant tree aswell.

As soon as you reach "the heart of The Blackwald" forest, it'll start looking like it came straight out of the Nightmare-infested areas of Val'sharah.
I love it!
(And I LOVE the semi-translucent, red ambience/environment butterflies!)

What to do
Description
There are others like you, {name}. And they too, were lost and confused. There is a place where you belong. Tal'doren, the wild home, was once home to an order of druids who took the shape of wolves. It is there that you will find the answers you seek. It is also there that you will find someone who can offer guidance. An old friend.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

1) Vermillion Redoubt, the Red Dragonflight haven in Twilight Highlands, was also under and inside a large tree. 2) That one place in Drustvar, Kul Tiras where Gorak Tul was chilling was also under and inside a large tree. 3) The haven for Sirius Black under and inside the Whomping Willow in Harry Potter. Think about it: Survivors/outcasts are on the run. Forests are great for hiding and living off the land. Forests have plenty of trees. Some trees are very large. It follows that some survivors will naturally make these large trees into shelters/havens. "Sometimes, a cigar is just a cigar."

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Losing Your Tail
You must have many questions, <name>. And they will be answered in time. I know why you're here and what you're looking for. I can't lead you there with the enemy tracking you. One of Sylvanas's scouts has been following your tracks. You can't lead the Forsaken to the place you seek.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- At Our Doorstep
The night elves have taught us much during this time, <name>. They've taught us who we are and where we come from. Thanks to them... thanks to this place... we're no longer mere beasts. We have regained free will. The Forsaken aren't here for our land alone. They're looking for something we possess.
