Ghos'opp stands at the very north edge of the Umbral Bazaar at 48.0/9.6, and offers this rumour for followup:
Quest text:
The Vizier has created a new alchemical concoction. He would like to bestow upon you the honor of testing it on one of the guards in the Umbral Bazaar.
This one has a bit of a kick to it. I advise you to handle it with gloves.The targets have orange titles and (depending on your settings) will have highlighting or sparkles. They are easy to reach and do not aggro by proximity.
The occasionally seems to bug and you initially will not get credit for hitting Unwitting Umbraguards with the elixir. Just keep trying and eventually it starts working.
