I was having trouble finding the last villager. Turns out it was Cenka sitting slightly out of town at 54.21, 56.47

Description

Fyrakk must have breathed shadowflame upon the niffen on his way out of the cavern. There is too much fire for it to have merely sloughed off of him. He did this on purpose. <Ebyssian clenches his staff tightly. He looks weary for a moment. Only a moment.> We will save Loamm. All of Loamm. No more lives will be lost.

The shadowflame has already corrupted Fyrakk irreparably. Every place in Zaralek darkened by his wings has been lit ablaze with shadowflame. We cannot leave it behind and let it fester--it will need to be extinguished while it is still kindling, lest we allow its corruption to take root.
