Another broken assault world quest. It takes forever for the Scouts to respawn.
This quest is awful. Very few Scouts spawn, and the respawn takes forever. Plus, they have very little HP, so by the time you get to them they are usually dead. Hope for a fix soon...
These are up the top, above the azerite mobs. Use the rocket to jump up to the higher platforms.
