This quest drops from the Stormforged Iron Giants dotted around the exclamation point around 70, 61.
The Item you are looking for is called Slag Covered Metal and has a 28% drop chance according to Wowhead.
You will then need to kill Seething Revenants for the quest items. It looks to be a 100% drop chance.
Mind that if you've completed "Mending Fences", you can no longer pick up granite boulders to help you against the giants, so when you accidently walk into one of them while killing the guys for this quest, watch out! If you happend to aggro a giant, you're on your own! :(
Did that mistake 5 times in a row. Stealthy for being iron giants, they are.
