Bodash the Hoarder is at 36.2, 16.5 in Highmountain Rockaway Coast. South-West from Shipwreck Cove flight point.
He's a part of Adventurer of Highmountain achievement, has a chance to drop [item=131799].For TomTom users:

You could take the Shipwreck Cove flight point to get there, but that's no fun. Instead, talk to the Stone Grotto emmissary in the bottom of Thunder Totem, ask him to send you to Stonedark Grotto. Then run out of the cave and to the right. There's a barrel there that you can ride down the mountainside and drop you right near Bodash, who is a few hundred yards to your left. Wheeeeee!
/way Highmountain 41 25 Barrel of Fun(Incidentally, if you try to run down the barrel's path, you'll fall and die. Unless you're a bouncy panda. But I wouldn't try it. Ouch!)
This quest seems to give two relics instead of just the listed one.
