TheWoWDBFound in Highmountain just south of the Witchwood Mountain flight path. He sits in a cave but it is not marked on the map. For those that use coordinates, the cave entrance is found at 37.8, 45.7. If you go down to the river south of Witchwood Mountain then make a left it's just a little down stream.

thx. For everyone: There are different caves. The cave with this rare is really small, you can easily see the Rare from outside the cave.
For the achievement Adventurer of Highmountain you also must kill Bristlemaul.

- if you start at "Nesingwary's Retreat", follow the path to the north uphill up the river. After the waterfall, when you reach the "Fields of An'she", cross the river and go inside the cave, there is Bristlemaul.
