So i found a box of candles right next to the questgiver.
i finally clicked on it and it opened up and gave me bag of cancles that appeared outside the gate.
I clicked on it and then started to click on the cancles i found.
I then clicked on the bag and it went away after depositing 4 candles on the fence.
I next click on each candle litghting them. Once done the Nebb lit up with question mark over him indicating the quest was done.
I accepted the quest and right away there were some sparkly things which quickly disappeared. not sure what's next.
