This does NOT reset at the same time as your garrison resources (Mine and Herb Garden) do, so if you log on at 9.30, mine, do your JC, and then re-log 30 minutes later, you might find yourself short of ore!

Ok I know tailoring and alchemy and other professions allow you to purchase the ability to make one of these a day with gatherables. So who teaches this and where do you go to get the pattern/recipe to learn it?
You get it by doing a daily research.
This item appears to have a small glitch. Apparently, despite only taking up one slot in your inventory, if you do not have 3 slots available in your inventory, you may receive an "Inventory is Full". To avoid this, simply make 3 slots of bag space temporarily available.
