If you're leveling Engineering from Skill (1), save this cooldown for when you're at skill 598/599, as it will still grant 10 points. Once you hit Skill (600), it will only give one skill-up.
Can someone with an account about to expire confirm whether or not Draenor recipes are restricted to inactive-but-usable (level 20 and below on an unsubscribed account) characters the way some Vanilla engineering recipes are (such as target dummy, silver contact, glasses) as of 6.1 or 6.1.2?

As of 11.0, there have been API changes to the original PickUpSpell() command, so that no longer works. Use /run C_Spell.PickupSpell() now instead.
