Patch 8.0.1 (BFA pre-patch) I have tailoring completely maxed out (all expacs) and I learned draenor tailoring from the book but I do not have the recipe for this item. Both vendors that say you can buy this recipe, do not sell the recipe. I have found no way of obtaining it, It seems bugged :/
