Blizzard announced that in WoD, you'll be able to see all mounts on all characters in the new mount interface, including faction specific mounts (though you won't be able to use opposing faction specific mounts).

However, all mounts do NOT count toward this achievement with this change. Only your character's class / faction mounts count; opposing faction and non-class mounts that you've obtained on other characters do not.

Non-paladin/warlocks with any of these classes as alts at level 20 or higher may log these characters to add another 1-3 mounts to pop the achievement, because of the class specific mounts. (3 only if you have the Argent Charger)

My main character was at 248, I logged onto my paladin alt and received the achievement.
