As far as I can tell, if you've done any of the past things related to obtaining/getting betrayed by Xal'atath, there's no new nods to it during the questline aside from replacing the character of the "high priest" in the mini opening scene that plays when you accept the quest with a model of your character, if you're a priest who had gotten Xal'atath beforehand. Nothing else is changed, not any of Cho's lines, but all the old Xal'atath dialogue if you were a priest who got Xal'atath during the betrayal questline will still play if you've fulfilled the requirements for it.

a word of warning for this questline and most likely the others too, don't quit until its done! and even then it might get the bug. i quit it after the second chest reward and was greeting by a spamalanche saying "you lost xxx title". i checked and sure enough they were gone. the is a thread on the us forums talking about ti and evidently the only solution given by blizzard's cs was to wait.

hopefully you check this out before you do them or you could lose some nice, and maybe irreplaceable, titles.

Description

Xal'atath, the Harbinger of Void, is a cunning and dangerous foe. She has been careful to make her presence known only to a precious few. We first learned of her during the Legion's third invasion of Azeroth, but whispers say she has been around since long, long before that. This is a story of power, darkness, and deceit. Join me and I will tell you the tale of Xal'atath's mysterious past.
