Been stuck waiting to do this quest for two weeks, main cant do the haranir weekly. Bricked it seems

So after attempting to get help from Blizzard, I was essentially told "Can't help you, go away" by a GM in the language that they are allowed to use. I was given a link TO THIS ARTICLE, that I had already referred to in my ticket. One GM claimed that there were no bug reports filed - there are multiple. I've tried all of these solutions, I tried everything the first GM told me to try - which included a suggestion of ABANDONING the quest and retaking it - when the whole damn issue is I can't get the quest in the first place! I'm so unbelievably pissed off

The legends quest line and cradle quest line is super bugged for me. I've done all of the legends artifacts but haven't seen any follow up quest for the cradle quest line. No idea how to fix it cus Blizz isn't useful

Description

This time, I do not have a story for you. Instead, Aksem has asked that you meet with him to help recover the next of the relics. Go to speak with him, and he will tell you more of what you must do.

When the haranir first arrived in Harandar, they brought with them a staff formed of the roots of a great tree. That tree has since gone away, but the roots remain. It has been our duty to protect that staff and pass it on through the generations, but now it has been stolen.
