Once you accept the quest from Master Stone Fist, head straight from the quest giver and go through the archway. Zhi-Zhi is at the top of the hill directly past this archway, and is a friendly mob before you challenge him. He has 316K health, and will give up once he reaches zero health.
After defeating Zhi-Zhi, return to Master Stone Fist to complete this quest.
To Master Stone Fist's right, you'll see a round archway opening in the wall. Go through this round archway and just to your right you see a stone "hill" with a grass path that looks too steep to climb - it's not. A very quick sprint up this grass path on the hill and Zhi-Zhi is there to your right.

Description
Upon the hills to my right, you will find a hozen named Zhi-Zhi. He, too, won enough sparring matches to move up the ranks. I think he will provide you with more of a challenge. Challenge him, and try to defeat him.
