Ambushed! (Horde)

Ambushed! is a Horde-only quest for level 10-30 in Howling Fjord. It is step 42 of 162 in the Howling Fjord storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in Howling Fjord at 84.7, 36.5. It rewards 3 reward items, 1 reputation reward, 4,100 experience and money.

Description

This should have been a walk in the park. Their forces are hungry, injured and ill equipped. Yet somehow, we walked right into their trap.

We approached these reefs from the south to gain cover and were immediately boarded by the Alliance dogs.

I'm sorry to say, if you want our cannons to fire at anything, you're going to have to help us take our ships back.

While currently this quest is fairly bugged and the third ship can't be boarded through natural means, you can board it by water walking and then entering through the cannon windows on the north eastern side. I have no doubt this will be corrected in the future though.

These guys respawn fast. You can hear them fighing one of the good guys (they are always in pairs), so run to where you hear a skirmish, help a good guy kill the bad guy, listen, and run to the next one.

You can hear fighting below decks from top deck and visa-versa.

Very easy and quick quest, even when the place is crowded.
