If for some reason after you dismount on quest completion there are still mobs after you, then you're in up s**t creek without a paddle.

4 theres zillions of mobs at a higher level than youYes that guy Tobias Mismantle died too. And eventually it took a corpse run around to see what my options where. Eventually the guy respawned at the cathedral with the original quest takeable from the finish location. 5 mins to respawn? felt a lot longer and the 2 day 18 hour GM ticket time did not help.
After you get your 30 mobs, don't aggro any more. Thats probably why they came after me after it. Either way this quest can be prone to error.
For those like me who got immediately frustrated after the horse died five seconds in, you can finish the quest on foot.
Head towards the barricaded bridge to the cathedral, then follow the canal all the way to the end. Hang a left and hop over the stone wall around the courtyard. If you hug the wall you shouldn't aggro anything. Then turn-in and finish this nightmare quest.

Description
You don't have to do this, {name}. You've done more than enough already. But if you decide to stay... I'd be a fool to turn you away. My men have fortified their position inside the cathedral and are ready for what comes next. I'm about to head there and take as many of these flea-ridden devils with me as I can. You're welcome to come along for the ride.
