If you want to do the optional "Stay awhile and listen to Alleria at the Oasis" part, be sure to click on her (she's standing on the grass just outside the Oasis quest hub pavilion) and experience that dialog before you interact with Ve'nari about the crystal. Because Alleria's "stay awhile and listen" dialog option seems to go away after you complete this quest. Although you can still watch it in the attached video from "gtulgar1903" (starting at 12:06).
I completed the Dimensius fight and got the crystal in my bag which started this quest. I turned it in at The Oasis, and the quest cleared from my log but I'm unable to progress anymore and my log says I still need to clear chapter 5. Running the command shows "false" when i check this quest, but "true" for it's prerequisite, so I'm at a loss as to how to continue this chapter.

Description
<The crystal you are holding vibrates faintly in your hand. The energy it emits feels like it is holding your hand, trying to reach out and never let go--like it wants you to hold it, to bring it to safety. You can hear a faint song in the back of your mind--a song of fear, confusion, and longing for life. Maybe Ve'nari would know more about it?>
