This is fair simple, the Quest NPC you received the quest from is standing in front of a building with the cauldron on one side and the alchemy lab-looking thing on the other. Fill the vial in your inventory, take two steps to the other side and click on the filled vial. Repeat this until you receive the item "Balanced Concoction" and you've completed the quest.

Day 2059 - I still haven't managed to get a successful mixture. I wonder how much blood that little vial really holds. I have survived by eating the remains of the goo that has continually spawned while boiling the mix but I believe this 3rd arm that has grown is a possible side effect of eating the toxic waste. The quest continues.

We've been spraying down the vrykul village of Halgrind for weeks now and the vrykul just won't drop dead. Let's face it, <name>, by now our Plague has been exposed to humans, dwarves, dogs, livestock... you name it. As our strains adapt to their hosts, more impurities get thrown in the mix.

  • Field TestHowling Fjord · Level 10-30

Now that we have a strain of the plague that has adapted to vrykul carriers, we really ought to test it on our specimens in Halgrind. If all goes according to plan, they will disintegrate immediately as the plague devours their innards! You will find Halgrind north of here.
