Description

I think I've figured out what the Iron Dwarves are doing. The tools they use are imbued with magic during their forging.

When they're used to carve runes, the symbols form much more than mere words. These runes have the power to bind, compel, and twist.

If I had a set of those tools, I could mimic the runes in the book. I captured one of these boxes from one of the pavilions at Giants' Run, but it was empty. Look for similar boxes and recover a set of tools from them.

Rune Tools and a Treasure Chest

I found the Rune Tools under a Tent at Cordinates : 68 . 23
The tent had Iron Rune Guys in it...
I am a level 79 , Warlock so keep in mind that I am high level for this ...
There is a Treasure Chest near this Quest ,,, it gave me 28,000 + experience just to open it ,,, it also had "Guantlets of the Chearful Hearth"

the Cords of the Treasure chest are : 67 . 29 : it is South in the Quest zone that is shown on the main map...

It is under a tent with 3 level 70 Iron Rune guys,,, I did not have to Fight for it the Iron Rune Guys did not Agro on me at all ,,, I came in from the backside behind them and that may have helped... Tho my level may have been what made them ignore me...?
