I was able to take it after ~50 profession skill.Horde players can farm in Nazmir or Zuldazar
Siren' String can grow on any tree, so just farm in any forest.Best farm location is Drustvar forest near Fallhaven.

Description
While gathering the pollen, you found a dead wasp absolutely covered in pollen. You know that this little creature is the secret to harvesting pollen easier, but the answer seems just out grasp. Maybe if you ask Jahden about it, he might have an idea.
