I cannot seem to find this quest giver. It is the only quest I have left to complete on the Isle of Dorn. He appears during a play as oneo f the tasks, but doesn't seem to be anywhere other than that.
ETA: After a little more looking around it seems that quest is locked behind renown 14.

Anyone know what benefit this gives? The first theater bonus is run speed, the second is the fanboy that you click to get extra points, and the fourth will be extra resonance crystals, but I can't tell what, if any, tangible benefit this gives. The text of the costume buff just reads, "Dressed to act as a Dornogal Civilian wherever a play is held."
