TheWoWDBI was a little confused on what to look for to do this quest because the "5 chores" world quest was also going on at the same time.
There is a small chest at 52 46 that you need to click on to get the Blacksmithing recipes and materials. And then using the forge a few steps away, you have to craft Reforged Kyrian Shield, in order to craft the Tarnished Kyrian Shield in order to craft the final quest item, polished Kyrian Shield.
