It appeared that way for me as well.. I had right-clicked on it and nothing happened... I opened up a browser to WoWhead to come here and see if others had it. Literally as I was reading your comment, the quest completion window popped up... So massively delayed, but functional
I didn't got this my first time, why would Blizz put this quest that far? I did Ahead of the Game but never had the chance to even see the quest.
I get is optional, but still is odd to make it relatively harder to find when it is suppoused to be part of the same questline.
Havi just told me to get the heads and show them to Yotnar, and I did so, but why this quest even exist then?
Worst of all, why is not available if you did got the heads quest on the first place, but if you picked it you can still get tribute after even before you completed the quest? I understand how mechanically, but on a proper logic it makes no sense.
Again, why this quest even exists?
