Bonus Objective triggered upon entering Bloodthorn Cave, entrance at 24,33. (Once you enter the cave, coordinates will change.)
- The objectives are to interact with mushrooms in the cave (20), and kill some of the inhabitants (12).
- The mushrooms come in a few styles. Solo count for 1, clumps count for 2, and there are a few giant mushrooms that count for at least 3. I didn't see any of the giant mushrooms until I was at 17/20 for the objective, so it might reward more than 3 points towards the total. A potion vial will appear on your screen, and it will fill up and you interact with various mushrooms.
- Unlike other bonus objectives, this one didn't complete until I exited the cave and re-entered, as others have mentioned.
At 61,30 (within the cave coords) you can also pick up the quest A Matter of Life and Death, which takes place within the cave. More xp while you're already there!
