An easy way to kill this guy is to stand up the road out of the east side of town, about 20 feet from town. The High Shaman spawns by there, on a ram, and then runs into town. Just tag him before he runs into town, and you can kill him alone without having to deal with his like ~4 adds.
He spawns at 46.33. I didn't have any problem killing him as a feral druid.

Description
Our scouts in the field report that High Shaman MacKilligan has moved out of Thundermar and is fighting amidst the Thundermar Ruins northwest of here, across the river. He's a dangerous one, {name}, responsible for the deaths of many a Dragonmaw. He WILL be destroyed, that is not the question. The question is: will you be the one to earn the glory of the kill?
