If you are a tailor (with scavenger) ... never ever hand in this quest !
While doing this quest i noticed that the mobs drop quite a lot of cloth so i decided to stick around a bit longer.
It been 3 weeks now and i come here every day to farm for cloth.
After an hour i walk away with 12-17 stacks.
Together with Potion of Treasure Finding this spot is a regular farmmine.
The mobs spawn real quick and you can target from certain spots 10-15 mobs without even moving.
The reason why not handing in the quest is that its a phased event. Once you hand in the quest all that will be left are some abondened carts and a few horses running around.
And the best part ofc being that there is practically no competing with other players :-)
Almost forgot .. the down side of keeping the quest is that you can not continue questing in TH.

I've killed about two dozen of these guys and still not found the key that is required, if anyone has any hints they'd sure be appreciated. Be a little cautious tackling any of the twisted spearwarders, seems one or two of the others nearby will jump in if you aren't careful.
if nobody else is doing this quest at the same time as you are, then you will find that there will be more than 1 Twilight Spearwarder to kill around the cart... as it is now, i can see 4 around it with a Twilight Horse close by

What to do
Description
The gates further down the canyon are shut. Our scouting revealed a stone that they carried in chests in their caravans that they used to open the gates. Get down there and look for a chest key on the bodies of the guards. When you find it, use it on one of those chests on the caravan wagons and bring the gatestone back to me.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

- Easy Pickings
The ambush launched smoothly. Most of the guards are dead, but a few are still pinned down with the wagons. You can see them just to our west, in the canyon below. Get in there and clear them out so we can get this attack on the move.
After this quest

- The Gates of Grim Batol
Kroggs started the assault to push up the canyon. He's just past the gate to our southeast. I'm going to get the squad together to join the attack. We'll meet you down there.
