TheWoWDBI am not seeing a quest giver at the location where the map sent me. Anyone else having this issue?

Check that you've done the prior quests in the chain. The map "!" for this quest seems to show even if it's not available yet. I had to pick up https://www.wowhead.com/quest=56575/once-more-into-korvess, and now that I'm on it, Taoshi shows up on a kite following me when I go near Kor'vess, offering this quest.

Description
