Escaped From Gilneas is a Horde-only quest for level 1-30 in Tirisfal Glades. It is step 16 of 36 in the Tirisfal Glades storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in Tirisfal Glades at 60.5, 51.9. It rewards 1 reputation reward, 2,050 experience and money.
As far as you know, a worgen rogue roaming in Tirisfal is a new development. This is something that Executor Zygand would certainly be interested in.

As a level 80 approaching this exploring all the new quests I had some trouble picking this one up. I ran around one shotting the Cursed Darkhounds, as I had done for the quest Darkhound Pounding figuring I had just been unlucky getting this to spawn. However after killing bunches of hounds I then came to the conclusion that I was killing them too quickly (I wasn't sure if they transformed mid fight, or after death, or howled for help etc).
I equipped a low level gun (I'm a warrior) and began blasting, getting the hound low and then let it attack me for a moment. It cast a knockback on me and then straight after that, whilst the hound was still alive, a stealthed worgen crept up behind me and appeared warning me off and this quest was instantly accepted as a 'Discovered Quest' on the tracker.
Do not kill the [npc=1548] right away if you are a high level let it beat on you a while. I did this and the Worgen spawned after about 10 sec.
A worgen seems to appear randomly when you kill a Cursed Darkhound. This starts the quest

I am to understand that another one of those foolish Dwarven Mountaineers has just been captured. The deathguard has him stored here in this building, and they've assigned one of their own to persuade him not to escape.

These worgen must be dealt with, and quickly. Our first priority is to eliminate any which may have infiltrated Brill. I want you to be on the lookout for any suspicious activity here in Brill, <name>. We know that these worgen can hide in the shadows, so look for any signs you can find...
